Bralsford, Stubbs & Associates are specialist expert witnesses providing independent technical expertise across plumbing, heating, mechanical services, renewable technologies and retrofit compliance.
Having hosted and supported their website for a number of years, EDSA was asked to completely redesign and redevelop the site as the business evolved and expanded. The new website needed to reflect the wider expertise of the practice, provide a much stronger professional presence and make complex specialist services clear and accessible to solicitors, insurers, local authorities, Trading Standards and private clients.
The existing Bralsford Expert Witness website had served the business well, but no longer properly represented the growing practice or the breadth of services it now provides.
With Darren Stubbs joining the business and expertise expanding into renewable technologies and retrofit compliance, the website needed to move beyond its original focus and present the company as a broader, modern expert witness practice.
The challenge was to reorganise a considerable amount of specialist information without making the website feel overly technical or difficult to navigate, while maintaining the professional credibility expected within the legal and expert witness sectors.
EDSA carried out a complete redesign and redevelopment, including a refreshed brand identity and new logo, creating a more authoritative visual presence together with a new website structure built around the company's experts, services and areas of work.
The website was developed responsively for desktop, tablet and mobile, with a bespoke content management system allowing the team to maintain key areas of the site. Individual expert profiles provide clearer information about qualifications, experience and specialist expertise, while dedicated service content covers both traditional plumbing and heating disciplines and newer areas including heat pumps, Solar PV, MCS and PAS 2030/2035 retrofit compliance.
We also restructured the content and page hierarchy with search visibility in mind, improved enquiry routes throughout the site and retained EDSA's ongoing hosting and technical support.
The result is a significantly more modern and professional website that better reflects Bralsford, Stubbs & Associates as the business exists today, while giving the practice room to continue expanding its expertise and services.
The redevelopment also continues a long-standing relationship between Bralsford and EDSA, progressing from ongoing website hosting and support to a complete new online presence.
Most importantly, the new website was extremely well received by the client, who described the finished site and service as “superb” and said that EDSA had turned what initially felt like a daunting process into an enjoyable experience.
